Current employers differ in their level of engagement with your services and therefore they are not all created equal. Personally reach out and connect with the employers on each of these lists. Split them up amongst the members on your portfolio team. As you connect individually with these employers you will be able to analyze trends and search for gaps in your industry relationships.


A-Level Current Employers (List A)

  • Post and hire regularly
  • Most engaged
  • Most valuable to you
  • Don’t require much effort
  • Reminder messaging

B-Level Current Employers (List B)

  • Previously posted and hired a student in the last 4 years
  • Have experience working with us
  • Use Needs Analysis to build connection
  • Require increased connection and support messaging
  • Provide value and resources (Funding or Employer Checklist)

C-Level Current Employers (List C)

  • In the system, have posted but never hired a student
  • Use needs analysis to build connection
  • Require increased connection and educational informative messaging
